How Our Candy Truck Works at Events

You've seen the photos — the little kei truck covered in candy, guests crowding around with their bags, huge smiles. But what does it actually look like to have us at your event? Here's the full picture.

It Starts with a Conversation

Every booking begins with an inquiry — no commitment, no pressure. You tell us your event date, location, and roughly how many guests you're expecting. We check availability, ask a few questions about your vibe, and send you a custom quote within 24 hours.

Once we've aligned on the details, we'll send over a simple event agreement. A deposit holds your date. That's it — you're booked.

We Handle Everything

On the day of your event, we show up early. The truck gets parked and positioned, the candy bins get filled and labeled, the signage goes up, and the whole setup is ready before your first guest arrives. You don't lift a finger.

Our current lineup features over 75 varieties of authentic Swedish pick-a-mix candy — gummies, licorice, sour pieces, chocolates, and everything in between. We curate the selection based on your event type and guest profile. A kids' birthday party looks a little different than a corporate happy hour.

The Pick-a-Mix Experience

This is the part guests love most. Each person gets a bag — or a box, depending on your package — and fills it themselves from the open candy bins. It's interactive, it's fun, and it turns into a genuine moment at your event. People linger. They try things they've never heard of. They ask questions. They go back for seconds.

For weddings and more formal events, we can also pre-fill favor bags ahead of time so guests grab and go. Whatever fits your event flow best.

Packages for Every Budget

We offer a few different package tiers depending on how long you need us, how many guests you're serving, and what level of customization you want. Pricing starts at a $500 minimum, and we'll always give you a clear quote before you commit to anything. No surprise fees on event day.

Where We Serve

We're based in American Fork and serve Utah County and Salt Lake County regularly. We're also happy to travel further for the right event — just ask and we'll let you know if your location works.

The truck does best at outdoor events with a flat parking area, but we're not limited to outdoor-only. For venues where a truck isn't practical, our indoor candy cart brings the same experience inside any space.
